Sunset Tour

Sunset. It’s one of the things the Florida Keys are famous for… so much that even us locals post pictures of it weekly. And one of the best places to watch a Keys sunset is on the water.

We didn’t start out thinking we would offer private sunset charters. But after we bought the boat, we found ourselves sneaking out on it by ourselves and with our own friends and family fairly often. And then a couple of scuba customers asked about it.

So Lucky Fish Sunsets became a thing.

It turns out our 29′ World Cat makes an excellent boat for sunsets. The wide front seating area accommodates your group of six comfortably. The retractable sunshade can keep the last heat of the day or a few sprinkles away — then retract back for a full view of the stars.

Our neighborhood marina is oceanside, but we can pick you up and/or drop you off at most Key Largo-area resort docks (a small surcharge may apply).

The early evening is a perfect time to cruise through the mangrove rivers and down quiet canals.

There’s plenty of time for the day’s last dip in the sea before passing around some snacks and maybe cracking open a celebratory drink.

Time to blow the conch !

Then sit quietly as the afterlight illuminates the sea and the sky in one last glory.
