The minnows are here!
They show up in droves at a couple of dive and snorkel sites here in Key Largo for a few weeks of the year. It’s great fun to see them swarm in nooks and caves in our shallow reefs, only to scatter when hungry groupers and other bigger fish come by for a snack.
North Dry Rocks is relatively shallow, very fishy, and full of fun swim-throughs.
We took the camera with us for this private scuba dive in early August 2020, and may have been a little giddy when we got back on board as you’ll see at the end of this video log book!
